Return and Refund Policy
At Glow in Peace Skincare Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unused, unopened items within 5 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at selfcare@glowinpeaceskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide further instructions.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products.
